I am a woman, wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, colleague and woman business owner. I love helping other people in many different ways. I support my family, friends and colleagues in what they do. I read a lot, consider myself a lifetime learner. I am always working on my personal and professional development. I am HUGE on communication. If I don’t understand something, I ask. I expect the same in return. And I love connecting people with others that may be a great resource or friend for them! Love that! I love meeting new people and getting to know them. And I have some of the best friends in the world! I just adore my circle of friends, peers and business associates!
I enjoy being outside, communing with nature, love being by the ocean (preferably the Pacific) and the beach. My husband and I dream of retiring in San Diego in 2012. I am very happily married to my best friend and together we have three wonderful (adult) children. We are also the primary care givers to my parents, a position I feel very blessed to be in. It is not a chore, but rather a privilege to help them with their needs at this time in their lives. |
ABOUT MY COACHING PRACTICEI assist small business owners in marketing and strategic business coaching. Working with the small business owner, I guide them in their climb out of everyday chaos and their dive into freedom in both business and life. While I specialize in developing systems, creating strategic marketing action plans and communication strategies to provide small business owners with more time for revenue generating activities, I am also helping them propel forward giving them more time for fun in their lives, reducing stress and creating opportunities to identify themselves as experts in their fields. I’m a firm believer in that it’s all about building relationships. Then the money will come. These are just a few of the things we will discuss. How Can I Help You? I’ve been there. I struggled. But I learned what I needed to do in a short time. I have been a successful business owner for over a decade. As a Virtual Assistant (VA) for nine years, I found myself coaching – guiding if you will, clients in areas of business success, systems development, marketing and communication strategies so often that it felt only natural that I would move into the business coaching profession. As a VA, my clients felt at ease talking with me about their business concerns, feeling as though their concerns were really being heard and taken seriously. As a Systems and Strategies expert, I would advise my VA clients in how to implement successful systems and strategies for maximum business success, as well as how to market their business. As time went on, I began working more and more in collaboration with my VA clients on marketing and business plans, creating collaborating teams as well as assisting some clients in changing their business model. My clients found growing success through my strategies, systems, effective communication strategies and marketing plans. When I made the move from VA to business coach, many of my existing VA clients made the move with me and I worked with them to find them a new VA. I also bring a fully-developed team with me: a website designer; a VA; a graphic designer; a copywriter and have access to any type of virtual professional you may be in need of.
